Born to Ambulate

A recent study from the Pennington Biomedical Research Center demonstrates that walking (the more the better) is associated with better metabolic health. While this finding may fall under the "duh" category, it seems we need these occasional reminders. While human physiology is designed to thrive with regular physical activity, our brains have been wired to detect any possible means to avoid it. Therefore, most of us require a conscious effort and a plan to make sure we are doing enough.
