Wooing Catholics

The Obama campaign is doing its best to maneuver around his extreme pro-abortion position (taxpayer funded, anytime, for any reason) and still attract enough Catholic voters to put him over the top in November. Never mind the question of how a Catholic in good conscience can vote for Mr. Obama who has a %100 approval rating from the fanatical pro-abortion group NARAL... but, how do Senators with a 100% approval rating from NARAL call themselves Catholic (e.g. Durbin-D, IL)? Many Catholic Reagan Democrats left the party altogether over the abortion issue. Will enough be coaxed back into the fold if the whole ugly abortion business is wrapped up in a pretty Obama package?
